  • If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Firstly, we reserved our rental 2 weeks in advance and selected the pick up service for convienance. At our pick up time, no one showed. After calling three different numbers, I was told that our home was outside the pick up range. That would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago. When we arrived at the store, the store is bare and has no decoration, seating, or customer service. The guy that handled our reservation had no clue what was going on, tried to charge us $500 instead of $200... By the way, there's a $200 deposit they don't tell you about. The car was filthy, had no gas, and dents everywhere. After an hour and a half of trying to get the reservation sorted out, we are on the road.. Only to have to stop to gas up. Ridiculous!! We will never use Hertz again. STICK TO ENTERPRISE!!!!!!
