  • I had a legal issue; of course distressful. I went in thinking I was in control of emotions. I ended up in tears. I was treated so well, taken into an office and given bottled water or what I'd like. The spent 1/2 with me and were very kind and I felt concerned! I didn't feel rushed and was given suggestions of steps I needed to be taken! COST: my thank you !! I will never forget them! If your not satisfied with LS; you need to follow proper chain of command! Your Rep and then Corporate!!
