  • If you are planning a business event, I highly recommend going to any other hotel in town. After working with the property for months (almost a year in advance) almost nothing went as planned. Our event planner was unavailable, AV assistance (despite the extremely high price tag) was nowhere to be found, and they did not come through on their promise to avoid construction during our event. Mind you the construction was not disclosed to us until we had made deposits and could not back out of the event. Our groups also had issues checking in, checking out, and with luggage. The food was sub par or average at best. My room, while "updated" lacked sufficient lighting, the shower was difficult to get in/out of, the sheets were not soft, but rather had a texture to them, and the electronics, including the coffee maker, in the room were not easy to use and you could tell they hadn't been tested before being put in use. Other guests in our group had water issues (black/brown water or non heated water) in their rooms and other trouble with various things. There was also a leak from the ceiling in our breakfast room. Lastly, their updated key card system did not seem to work and I had to call or come all the way down to the valet entrance just to get back into my room. Book at your own risk.
