  • I received a gift card to Cielo and I really wanted to get a haircut, but I'm always so nervous to try someone new. I called and I asked the front desk who they would recommend and they told me Sam Occonnell is really great. They were right! (I'm only mentioning her last name because she isn't the only Sam there). I don't get my hair cut often, but I've seen Sam twice now and I've left very happy both times. She really made sure she knew what I wanted before she started cutting and then before she cut she stopped and showed me where the shortest piece would be to make sure I was comfortable. I've had haircuts before where I left with my hair shorter than I wanted, so I really appreciated Sam taking her time to make me happy. She also gives a really great scalp massage!
