I have never had any luck flying Spirit, but what happened to my brother last night takes the cake. The reason for actually writing a review, I wish I could give zero stars. My brother flew out last night...Las Vegas to Detroit. He waited to check his bag for 2 hours, because they were letting another flight skip in front of him. He is handicapped, only has one leg. He never uses his handicap, after waiting in line for that long he asked for some assistance or a handicap line. The Spirit agent told him there was no handicap line and that he should use the leg he had to get through the line. I will never fly Spirit again and I will tell everyone I can about this. Spirit Airlines, making comments about someones handicap is going too far.
