| - Sadly, this is the closest grocery store to my house. It is ridiculously bad. The store is always poorly stocked and poorly cleaned. If you have to go, make your trip in the morning, before the McGill kids get out of class and ransack the place. I've come several times where there are bottles of stuff smashed on the ground, the staff makes no efforts to clean the broken glass off the floor. What a hazard!
I can't believe this place hasn't been sued yet. In the winter, the front door is a constant mud pit from snow that is brought in on shoes. Literally, the first 10 feet are a swampy lake of brown slush. Again, absolutely no one cleans it.
I've never seen more than 2 cashiers on at one time, forcing long lines at all times and pushing people to do the self-check out. The self check-out would be fine if it worked, but you automatically need an attendant to ok your purchase, and good luck finding someone to help with that.
The cashiers are rude and can't be bothered to do their jobs. I understand you probably hate working here, I hate coming here, but if you're getting paid to do a job, you should do it without finding ways to make everyone else's life miserable.
