  • It is what it is, I don't rely on staff, I just go and get what I can done. Honestly the only staff they need is housekeeping and Zumba instructor, and 1 sales person. The rest of the staff is kind of useless, I mean why do you need someone at the front desk, when I'm just motioned to scan my own card?
