  • We have purchased two vehicles from Rahal Mercedes. One in 2005 and one in 2017. Great experience both times. I requested a stuffed bear for my wife when we came to pick up our new car. They remembered and my wife was surprised and it made her feel great. The icing on the cake was when they escorted us to the garage and the car was covered and had a big red bow on top. When we come in for service we are always offered a beverage. Service has always been great. Our first purchase was a low mileage used ML. It was just out of warranty time wise but it had only 25K on the clock. Dave G. had a glass breakage mic. installed at no charge to us. My wife will tell you if a place screws me I won't be back. So for me to buy two cars at Rahal should tell you something. We will be Benz people for life and buying our cars here for life.
