| - If you've read my reviews, you know that i travel. A LOT. And i often find myself somewhere without the right kind of clothes, for the weather, or the right type of clothes for something that comes up, as a surprise event. I'm a flight attendant.
So... Don't want to lug around heavy, huge bags, don't have a lot of time... Usually know just what i have in mind, and need it super fast.
I love H&M for this reason. A few reasons, really, but that's a start.
Super cute clothes, down to the accessories, shoes and chonies.
It doesn't really matter what you might need to make a quick, super cute outfit (or a few) on a shoestring budget.
Friday afternoon, i was in the Scottsdale area, and found myself in just such a situation.
My bags were lost, and i needed to make myself presentable on short notice.
Weekend ahead, and i didn't see myself spending a ton on clothes.
Popped into this location, i figured, for a start.
This location is great for the way it's set up. Organized and fun. Easy. Inviting. Clean.
I kind of rushed in like a tornado, looking frantic, but was greeted by a young lady, Dani, who made me feel instantly at ease. She was casually fashionable, with a grace that made me relax a little. She asked what was up, and i told her. She knew exactly where to go, and, this may sound silly, but didn't in any way, try to force a bunch of things on me, that weren't my style or colors. (Usually blacks, browns, navy...) She had some other things going on, but made me feel as though i was noticed and important. She checked in on me a few times, and honestly, while sometimes i feel like sales associates are clingy, pushy or downright desperate, she made this small part of my afternoon seem like i was shopping with a friend.
I was in and out in a relatively short amount of time, with some basics, that not only worked for the weekend, but that i can pack, into a tight area, and know with confidence, that i will have several options.
I ended up with a super cute navy dress, boy shorts, and some other underthings that make a woman feel great, two tube scarves, leggings, a couple tees, super cute shirt, sandals, a pair of kick about shoes and a sweater.
Oh, and add that i grabbed a few snazzy bracelets and a pair of earrings, not because i needed them, but, with how everything else went, i was kind of in a happy, snazzy mood.
I would have liked to see a few more selections in one piece bathing suits, but i found a really cute, simple one, that is certainly not bad.
Being so busy, often tired, and in the service industry myself, i have to say, that this was a really great experience, that i was not looking forward to, but ended up writing about here, as a definite positive.
Boom chacalaca... Five of the stars, to this location of H&M and to Miss Dani.
