  • Prepare to be judged if you don't fit the mold of what someone should apparently look like when they shop at Coach. I tried on some shoes and even bought a purse here, but during that whole process two of the female workers were looking at me and whispering. As if I wasn't carrying a Coach purse (with a matching wallet) already.. and as if I was out of place. The woman that helped me was very nice and patient but the other workers came off extremely catty. I wish I could remember the woman's name so I could praise her here for her professionalism and kindness. I won't be going back to this Coach, though.
