  • Giving one star is a bit too generous. This company is a gouging machine. Fees go up up up up and up some more. Sky is the limit with Cox. Have been with company 30 + years. In last three years my rates jumped over 50%. Nice reward for loyalty, NOT. Time to go with competitors introductory rate plan.
