  • My Mom lives in the area and wanted me to take her to check out the new fish market in the area, now let me know say this visit was over a year ago. Since then they have relocated, to another location in the same shopping center. I will say the move to the new location was a definite bonus. Better location and definitely a larger space so the fishy smell and tightness that was apparent in the other location no longer is a problem. Although they have fresh fish I haven't been overwhelmed with the fish and service. It can get crowded, but there is no friendly welcome or understanding of who is being on next, you just kind of wait around. The fish isn't trimmed as nice as I have seen and could be displayed a little nicer. Overall the fish is good, but I have had better. My Mom enjoys the shrimp most, so I will bring her there when the shrimp at Harris Teeter or Publix doesn't look as good.
