  • First, the dental work was good and Dr. Lee was skilled in the root canal she performed. Now if the experience could be narrowed down to just the interaction with the dentist the rating would be higher; however, the dentist is the person with whom I engaged the least. My interaction with the receptionist/billing clerk, Heidi, was completely unsatisfactory. She quoted one out of pocket amount on the phone, in person the out of pocket before treatment increased a bit from the original quote, and after the treatment the out of pocket amount TRIPLED. She explained if they received an overpayment from my insurance she would call me right away and refund the money quickly as she knew I was having additional dental work with my regular dentist. Guess what. Not only were they over reimbursed by my insurance, she did not call. I called and explained I was having to pay additional out of pocket to my dentist and I need the refund processed quickly as she had originally indicated. Nope. My first call to her was Nov 1st and she informs me the Dr. Lee only processes checks at the end of the month. I called multiple times sense Nov 1st and each time Heidi gave me the vague run around. That's crap. She knows it. I know it. Now you know it. If you want to be jerked around call Heidi at Precision Endodontics. Otherwise, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
