Only gym in the area but I am looking for options... For the money I pay I think it's marginal. Prices have gone up beyond what I consider it to be worth...
Not sure what is going on with this gym. It is always under some kind of renovation which never ends. Unfortunately, the renovations sometimes don't make sense like recently removing most of the mirrors and replacing them with a cheap looking drywall job. Makes it look and seem half the size as before.
They also just removed many of the better machines and replaced them with used junkers. Most of the cross trainers are broken, damaged or the heart rate meters don't work and they removed the only ones that did work! A lot of the time seats are missing on machines, bolts loose, just a rough state of maintenance while they waste time on senseless 'renovations'. (If you can call them that).
On top of that it's so hot in the summer that I have shortened my workouts at times to 15 minutes and left or just did not go because I knew it would be so hot down there.
I am also bothered sometimes by the training staff who just take over whole areas with their client as if they own the place.
