I would give the practice 5 stars however for the unfortunate circumstance that occurred today they lost a star.
I didn't mind that I had to be booked with another Ortho Tech (JJ) today as my normal AMAZING Taeya was booked solid the entire week,
By no means am I an expert on orthodontia, but the snarky comments JJ repeatedly said under her breath were quit unprofessional, overall I enjoy my in/out office appointments with my hectic work schedule they are extraordinarily accommodating.
When I took off my lower tray and tried to eat the cement attachments were so sharp that the inside of my cheeks wee getting cut up. I am just disappointed for the fact I had to return to the office and have my attachments for my Invisilign filed down. Upon my return JJ was question why I had returned and I explained the attachments were really sharp and that I appreciate Taeya squeezing me in to fix them. How dare JJ question me the patient of why I returned and not be satisfied with my response. I get it...it's a slap in the face when you think your work is the best and there was a slight issue that someone else had to fix. Nowadays its about client/customer satisfaction; if I'm not satisfied or happy with my product or service, unfortunately the business will know about it. it's a part of life
Dr. Griffiths and Dr. Ence are AWESOME! I love how they give their feedback on the plan and prognosis of treatment, the Ortho Tech Taeya is unbelievable and a true team player as she helps her colleagues out, she always has a smile on her face, and for that I will continue to refer my friends and family to this practice!
