I would've given this 5 stars just for the fact that we ate on the patio overlooking the Bellagio fountain. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly with an amazing merlot butter sauce and the most amazing crispy salty steak frites piled high on the side. These tasted like the old school potato sticks in the can, but when they soaked up some of the steak juices and sauce it was unreal.
The one bad thing about the meal was the petite greens salad consisted almost solely of that frizzy green lettuce that tastes like bitter dirt. Maybe they like that in France, but I could've certainly done without it.
