Went to Nissan to purchase parts for my vehicle was told I needed a cabin air filter as well so I bought it. Come to find out my car doesn't have a cabin air filter so I returned to Nissan to return my unneeded part. The lady who was working the cash register was nice but she ended up refunding me for both parts. However I didn't notice till later that both parts were refunded. So the next day my dad says that Nissan has called 4 times and wants me to repay for my blower motor. I had no problem paying for my part until I called Nissan today to get it figured out so they wouldn't blow up my dads business phone anymore! I spoke with joe in the parts department, I can't believe the unprofessionalism and disrespect that came from him!!! He didn't apologize on behalf of his employees mistake and argued with me and Tried to throw in my face my business account!!! I will no long be returning to Nissan!!!! Very dissatisfied highly don't recommend
