  • New Louboutins- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Service- mediocre compared to high end shoes departments at Neimans & Barneys. I had my eyes set on these gorgeous Elisa evening shoes- my new glass slippers. The sales person told me they didn't have my size (while talking to some dude- probably a friend) and suggested I go check out other department stores. On a desperate search, no quest- I went to every Neiman & Barneys around the strip to find this pair. Nope, no luck. It turns out this pair was 'boutique exclusive' meaning they didn't carry it online or at other department stores. Hmm..I wonder why she didn't tell me that? Come to think of it, it was almost closing time and she was too busy to even bother looking. Either that or I didn't look like a serious customer in my typical day outfit on a hungover day in Vegas. Last day, I decided to go back to see if I can find another pair I like as much- and guess what, THEY HAVE MY SIZE! I have absolutely no idea how that happened and was left a little confused. First she didn't have it, then she said- lemme check- and came out with a pair. In the end, I'm happy because I absolutely love the shoes- but a part of me thinks perhaps these sales ladies are too lazy to do their job or like to 'pick and choose' who they sell the boutique exclusive lines to. I seriously hope it's not the latter-- yet they still get a 4-star for what they Sell--def not for the service received.
