  • My husband and I just bought a few items to complete our backyard. We needed plants, rocks, playground mulch and a grill. Rick helped us with A TON of information in the Garden center and then helped us with the rest of our purchase. Rick knew EVERYTHING about each item we needed and gave us options to help us pick out what we needed. From our first initial question to checking out, and setting up delivery, Rick was with us. I've shopped at Lowe's for YEARS. We are experienced DIY home owners and I have NEVER been treated better than I was today by Rick. I also noticed how kind he spoke of his coworkers and others in other departments. It was clear he really loves his job and the people he works with. Every employer is looking for someone like that! Great job Rick Hanson!
