  • After trying so many different gyms (that I never went too), I was so happy to find a place I actually enjoyed and had the motivation to go too. I had not been able to find a workout I enjoyed since I quit dancing/cheer after high school. I LOVE Arrowhead FBBC! I am so sad that I moved to Colorado and am no longer able to go there :( I miss it so much! Kelly and Thomas really make everyone there feel like family and are able to answer any questions about diet/stretches/modifications to exercises. All the coaches have such great energy and I love that it's always something new everyday! I was going here during pharmacy school and my schedule was crazy busy so I also enjoyed that classes were only 30 min (because everyone can take 30 minutes out of their day!) Prices are comparable to orange theory, but for me I thought it was totally worth it because 1. I felt amazing (anxiety and stress decreased immensely and lost ~5% of body fat in a couple months) and 2. I was actually motivated to going 4-6x a week (which before I'd be paying for gym memberships which yes were cheaper but I was never going too)
