  • My car was the subject of a recall. I had the choice of bringing it here or another dealership. The other dealership offered complimentary car washes so I called Finley and they told me they always give complimentary car washes. I thought great they're closer anyway. So when I go to pick up the car I ask the cashier if they indeed wash the car because it really really needed one. She said yes of course look at the paperwork it says right here perform complimentary Car Wash. But I picked up the car there was still half inch of dirt crusted on it. The car wasn't washed it wasn't even put under a sprinkler. Look I know they're not in the car wash business and they did do the native repair. But come on guys! Anyway in this world today I'm sure the guy that lied on the paperwork and disappointed me is going to end up getting a raise. Little things like this mean a lot and I will never come back to this dealership again.
