  • I love this store. The fabric and service are amazing. I've had work done here - and I've always been over the moon with the quality, the efficiency, the kindness, and the accuracy of the work. I would happily give 5 stars - but it would appear as though Yelp is filtering out all the positive reviews. Odd. If I was you, I'd check out the filtered results if you're seriously considering reading Angelina's long-winded diatribe...she sounds pretty bitter. My two cents: when you're not pleased with a quote for any reason (as she states) - then choose another place! That's why you get quotes! Also - how did she think something can be recovered without leaving it for them to recover it.... Did she think the recovering fairies would come to her house to do it, or that the magical sewing gods can psychically put them on?! As with any review site, they provide a place for people to vent about pretty much anything. Take it with a grain of salt. If Angelina has made you concerned, I'd highly recommend you call Lisa... and make up your own mind about how "terrible" and "rude" she is. That, and you really shouldn't take a review seriously when it has so many typos and relies on CAPS ;-) Happy couch recovering, fellow Yelpers!
