  • Staying in Vegas, but took a day trip here. Totally worth it! So much history and amazing views of the dam, bridge, and lake Mead. Go early, it gets crowded. We did the power plant tour and it was phenomenal. Would have liked to do the dam tour where you can go inside the dam itself, but the next available tour was a few hours later in the day. They don't take reservations and the tour allows 20 people only. Definitely don't pass this place by!
