  • We had a cooking class last night with Luis. Guess we are the only ones in town this memorial weekend- as we were the only ones who signed up. Very unusual since most of the classes we have been to have been sold out. But this time it was our fortune. We got to have a private lesson. We were very impressed with Luis- he was very patient and kind with us. Showed us tips on cutting and made sure we understood why some things are done a certain way to get the best results. The food was great- the gazpacho was fantastic- very tasty! The cheesecake was to die for! I was going to take photos but too hungry I forgot- only took one- the cheesecake. Highly recommend taking a cooking class here especially with Luis- all our experiences have been super fun!
