There is a very good chance you get a hairdresser that doesn't understand English. If you don't speak Korean / understand, I would avoid coming here or you should bring a friend that does understand/speak the language. There will be less of a chance they will do the wrong hair cut/style. Unfortunately my boyfriend had this experience and I wish I was able to help him out had I not been getting my haircut at the same time.
I usually come here when I visit Toronto, my former city. This time I came, I got my hair cut by the Boss lady aka the older woman who cuts by the cashier. She cut my hair in 10 minutes and butchered the sh*t out of it. I don't know what I did to piss her off or if she was in a shitty mood, but she made the worst attempt at layering hair I have ever seen in my life. She used a straightener to style it, etc so when I saw it at the time it looked okay, not great. But after a shower I noticed so many problems and one side of my hair was longer than the other.
For the owner to cut hair this terrible, why should you even trust the people who work under her?..
I would not recommend this place. Either it's gone downhill in quality or they just don't give a bleep anymore.
