  • Have been using Aquaman for a couple of months now. Pool service tech is very knowledgeable, they are prompt, and my pools sparkling blue. It took me a few trials to get them respond, either they changed the office manager and never updated their online assets + the business cards, or someone dropped the ball. I kept calling and calling to get them change the service date to no use. Whoa... prices... their service charge covers only the cleaning, chemicals come in a separate item (80-90% more). Averaging $200 for a monthly cleaning + chemicals. Service calls are about 12% higher than other typical businesses. May be Scottsdale price? So not sure if they are viable for me for the long term. 5 Star for Service 2 Star reduced for super High Prices 1 Star reduced for unresponsive office staff
