One word: sales-y.
I was really not impressed with what I call the Used Car Salesman approach to selling landscaping plants. When I asked about the price of a plant, I could not believe the response. The dude who was "helping" me asked "so how much ya looking to spend?" That line did it for me right there.
Plus, one week when I stopped in to this place the planting was free. The next week when I came back, and another salesman was tending the lot, that offer magically went away.
Transparency in pricing is everything and I did not feel they had it.
