  • I had high expectations for Top Golf based on my husbands experience at the Las Vegas location. Unfortunately, Top Golf Charlotte let me down. This location is 1) Disorganized (besides the fact the staff looks like they don't know what's going on, they verbally confirmed they didn't know what was going on) and 2) Unprofessional (it appears they have no training or expectations on the customer service level they expect out of their staff i.e. not attentive, wrong items brought to us, SLOW service, heard the concierge service argue with the booth host who should explain the rules once we got into the booth= Pathetic). Why spend your hard earned money here when you can go to another driving range? NOT WORTH IT.
