rev:text	I feel my wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was in the Glass Garden and felt so intimate and not ranchy. I'm rating this place a 4 star because everything turned out so nice but the reality is that the service was not that good. The service could have been MUCH, MUCH better. We got the additional picture session because the limo was included and did not want to deal with Vegas traffic. The limo did not pick me up as it was supposed to and as a result I was 30 minutes late to my ceremony. I called the chapel a total of 4 times trying to figure out what was going on and they had me running around from the hotel registration to the valet next store and finally back to my hotel building. The driver was at the wrong Hotel. Me and my boo finally got on our own car and drove ourself. We got to the place late and obviously upset. The place was like what happens... like it was my fault... it is s big deal and I was super upset but to them it seamed like my feelings did not matter. My concern was that all 80 guest were already there and my 10 min moment was going to be rushed... the "wedding coordinator" asked for my vowels, which I already had entered onto their website... which they never read until I told them to pull them out. The minister was awesome and did not feel like she rushed it. The place did try to make it up by giving us a memorable champagne vegas bottle but the reality is that the start to my wonderful day was awful due to the unprofessionalism of the Limo driver and whom ever was talking mess at the chapel of why we were late... I recommend this place because of its beauty but DO NOT GET THE LIMO.... on top of all they gave me a tip envelope for the driver... WTF... really....
