  • I was quoted $20 for a hair cut and nail trim. Was told I didn't need an appointment for this service since the dog wasn't going to be bathed. So a few weeks later I took my little 10 pound dog in spoke to Linda the owner who was very unfriendly. She seemed very put out. Erica spoke up and said she could take care of him in 10 minutes, and she did. She cut his hair and gave him a nail trim, We were out of there in 10 to 15 minutes tops. Erica asked Linda what to charge me and obviously pissed off Linda said $30!! I tipped Erica $10 and will never take my dogs there again. As a small business owner in Scottsdale I know the importance of great customer service, a friendly smile and keeping your word regarding your prices. Live and learn
