  • Purchased a couch, love seat, coffee table, 2 end tables and 2 lamps 2 years ago and was talked into their 5 year service plan. What a joke!!! Dont waste your money! My furniture is falling apart.The material on the couch and love seat are fraying on the back of both ( how can that be possible?). The material Is actually unravaling and the cushions are as flat as a pancake. The coffee table are made so poorley that the bottom shelves dont line up. When I called customer service they informed me that none of those things were covered. In reality you are paying all that money for stain coverage and if you read the fine print most stains arent covered!! Poorest made furniture I Have ever bought. Should of went to Walker my old furniture from there looks better than this stuff and its 15 years old. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!!!
