  • I've been going here for about 3 years now and I honestly can't understand the negative reviews. Not saying they aren't necessarily true, but Rebel has been so good to me that it's hard to believe that anyone could have anything bad to say about them. Case in point - they emailed me a $25 coupon on my birthday. When I used it for an oil change (~$28) they charged me nothing. Just dropped the remaining balance altogether. They constantly have coupons you can use and student discounts that can save a lot of money. I've never had to wait more than 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation, and they can usually schedule appointments the same/next day. They have never tried to sell me anything - ever. My last visit they even advised me I need new tires but didn't even mention they sell them (they do). They have made mistakes in the past (it's only human...) and done things like put the wrong spark plugs in my fiancee's car - but they fixed it free of charge once they realized. If you want a trustworthy place that is high quality / affordable and don't like being upsold on stuff you don't need, then this is the place. I highly recommend it. The arcade/lounge area is a huge plus while you wait for your car.
