  • Had to stop at Corbo's Bakery because my husband was craving some Cassata cake and this is the place to get it. I ordered a few cookies, the rainbow ones and the leaf cookies. The leaf ones were disappointingly not crispy, but still tasty. His cassata cake was also a disappointment. Apparently Corbos used to use a whipcream topping and now they settle for cool whip. He even told me that the one I made him for his birthday was better. Such a compliment & you see how nice I am making cassata cake for the husband. :)
