  • I went here for an eye exam and they gave me a trial contact lens that fit well (I have bad astigmatism and this is always a struggle). However, they wrote the contact lens prescription wrong and when I ordered the lenses I could not see well. I went back in and they refused to fix the problem, saying that I would have to pay for them to see me again to fix a problem they should have fixed the first time! I would think that a credible doctor would actually be accountable for his written prescription. But no, I am now stuck with poor vision after having already paid for an exam and lenses.
