  • Today I purchased my forth Hale pet security door. How nice it was to find them located in Tempe now. I no longer have to drive all the way to Glendale to get flap replacements. This recent purchase was because my last door with a gift and turns out to be a little too narrow. Called spoke with Ken and he was really easy to work with willing to help me out and possibly exchange the product and I let me have credit toward the next size. As it turns out my model is a little bit different than the ones they're selling currently so I ended up buying another one. They don't have everything in stock so different colors different sizes the various depths of the wall are all factors and they can only stock so much product. So although they did have the size I needed they didn't have a tunnel that would fit in the wall so I have to wait for that to be shipped in. Overall a really good customer experience stopping in looking at the product discussing the differences help me to understand the changes in the product and how it's going to fit my home. I have been a fan of Hale pet security doors for more than 20 years now and will continue to recommend them. Quality product and good customer service.
