  • What is (or is not) happening to the Fiesta Rancho Casino? Is there some new management??We are locals who are at this casino usually a couple times a week. In the last several months we have notices a lot of little changes that are not positive. I feel that this property is and has been ignored, and funds spent have been funneled into the newer acquisitions. The buffet has shown major decline in the last year or so. The selections have gone from pretty good for the price,to not so hot. Things like Cholula and jelly are not unavailable. Meatloaf used to be a staple and now is gone etc etc. The main reason we continue to frequent this casino is the employees. We are on a first name basis with the valets,buffet servers and cashiers, and cafe waitresses. I understand budgets etc,, but for another dollar or two a much better buffet can be found very near.
