  • Worst cleaning service ever! Needed carpet cleaned asap because our dog had an accident & was quoted over the phone $9.95/room with 2 room minimum. That was fine. Well the tech showed up and brought all the equipment in, sat at the table for about 15 min writing up the detailed bill which was going to be $150! I said I am not paying that amount (I've used another great company that charged $30 for the same room, however, they weren't able to come until the next day) I was going to just wait until the next day when this other company could come out, so the tech made a call to his boss & got the price down to $45 somehow. Anyways, I agreed to that since he was already here but the stains did not come out completely & the tech left water all over the floor & my 2 yr old almost slipped! I ended up having to clean up the floors after he left! Also used our kitchen sink & tub to fill up & drain the dirty water, something that no other company ever did & I think is pretty gross. Very unprofessional in my opinion
