  • I got to the store shortly before 8 PM. I was quickly greeted and checked in. I told the associate I was looking to upgrade to a new phone. As I was waiting I saw a sales associate walk out from the back room and leave the store. Then I notice the associate that had checked me in also leave the store. About 8:30 a sales associate, that had been helping a customer, took it upon him self to polity inform me that my wait was about another 30-45 mins. I hope the managers choice to save a little bit of labor rather then selling a new android works out.
