I have to agree with many of the reviewers that this is excellent and authentic Cantonese food.
I was in the mood for HK style seafood over fried noodles. After searching Yelp, I settled on KJ's. It is conveniently located in Chinatown, along with other numerous restaurants. I ordered HK style seafood over fried noodles and potstickers. Potstickers came out promptly and they were delicious, just greasy enough with juicy inside and there were eight of them! While I was waiting for the noodles, numerous Cantonese came in and ordered some really tasty looking dishes: whole fried fish, dry cooked stringbeans, tripe and HK fried noodles. When my dish came, it was exactly what I was looking for. Rich sauce with mounds of seafood: fish, scallops, squids and shrimps over crispy fried yellow noodles. I devoured everything.
I have come back several more times and I have never been disappointed.
Overall, a very authentic and tasty food.
