Although I thought they were a little pricey, my husband and I initially started going there because they had a decent reputation and were open on Saturdays. After a time, they started pushing for cosmetic surgery, which we did not have the money or time to spend on. I had alot of work done in this office with crowns, etc. The last time I had a crown put in, it was disproportionate to the rest of my teeth and as a result did not look as perfect. I also received a year end statement with a charge on it. Normally I would have no problem with paying any money that I owe, but in this case, the insurance company had denied the claim last summer and we received this "bill" just last month - it looked like they just found it and wanted to pass it along. As anyone would expect, this was a complete surprise to me and I was upset because it was so long ago. I received no cooperation from Provinces and no explanation from Provinces for the lateness of the bill, etc. I just won't go down that road with inept accounting - it is usually always at the consumer's expense - that was enough for me. We couldn't be more happy with our new dentist, who is also open on Saturday.
