  • I've been a long time customer at this location back when it was formerly known as Fletcher Jones Toyota. I've purchased 2 Tundras and my current vehicle which is a Camry. We'll my alternator finally needed a replacement and anyone who knows about electric circuits knows if the alterntor is not working it drains the battery. After they ran the diagnoses to confirm this issue, they asked for $1100.00 to repair it. I passed on their offer and asked the service advisor can I make it home in my vehicle, "He says no problem." So my car dies on DI/Paradise, right in the middle of rush hour Friday. I had to get towed. I get it, if I go to the dealer you can expect to pay 3x the normal cost but to tell me I would be ok to make it home is just ignorance. I will no longer being doing business here.
