  • Having a property manager was the best decision I have made with my house in Las Vegas.  It can be difficult to deal with tenants and after a bad one, I hired Chad and his team to take over and relieve me of the stress.  They found me a tenant right away and took care of everything.  They are very easy to deal with.  I should have done it sooner. After seeing some reviews on Yelp, you will notice they take care of the home owners, and they deal with the unhappy tenants who don't get their way - THAT is why I don't manage my own house anymore. If you are looking for a quality property manager, I highly recommend them.  They have done a great job for me.  The send me updates with my house.  They are there when I need them!  You won't be disappointed!!
