  • Don't buy cars from this dealership. They may be fine with new cars, but you buy a used car from them and they are too eager to abandon you. I bought a 2006 Avalon from here back in June 2015. A had few constraints that made me buy the car up front, and before the purchase, I was told by the salesman Christian Wallace that the car itself was fine and worked properly, had no problems and would serve me well. The carpet was damp and they had offered to clear up the stench it caused. Well, it took a while to have that out, since I've bought the car it's been clear that they did barely anything on the car, but I drove it nonetheless. It served me decently until last week when the engine and vsc lights turned on. I called Christian and asked him if I could get the car repaired at the dealership. Now, while he was super nice and helpful when buying the car, he did a 180 and flat out denied my request and kept on derogatorily emphasizing that I had to get my own car repaired and that they will not pay for any of the repairs. I'm severely disappointed in the behavior of the salespeople of this place, and I suggest never buying used cars from them. They don't want anything else to do with you after they've ripped you off.
