  • I loved coming here for my nails and haircut/ color, until recently. My last experience with Jessie (master level) hair colorist/stylist was horrible. After showing her couple of pictures of the kind of hair color I wanted and after a much lengthy discussion she got my hair wrong. Believe it or not, I wasn't upset that she got it wrong, as much as how unprofessional she was when I wanted to get it fixed. I was traveling in couple of days and did not want to go with half blonde and black hair, so I requested if I can be squeezed in for a quick toner. The front desk girl was extremely nice and got me a time in with her. But Jessie was extremely rude and argued for good 10 mins. I only had 30 mins with her. I'm very easy going but her unprofessionalism and rudeness got me super mad. She did fix my hair, but I will not be going to her. I'm sorry, good customer service is not only when things are going smoothly, but also in difficult times.
