  • He's been out here twice (once for an estimate and once to do the yard.) And somehow, he's managed to turn those two trips into 5 or 6 missed appointments. He didn't show up for the estimate. He rescheduled for the next day. He didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to make it ( I had to call him.) He didn't show up for the estimate when he said he would. I had to ask him if he was still coming (again.) I hired him anyway ( I've had 5 landscapers since I've moved here, and they've all had similar problems with making appointments. He said he'd be by at 4 to do the yard, and he wasn't. AT 5, I called him to see if he was still coming. After finishing the job, he said he'd check his calendar and let me know when he'd be back for my monthly. He never did this either. Now, it's been a month. He didn't show again, and didn't reschedule. I asked him if he was still coming, and he said "My trailers broken, I've almost got it fixed. Soonest I can be out there is next week sometime." He does good work though, IF (and this is a big "If") you can get him to show up.
