  • Worst service I have ever experienced in Vegas. Laverne at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills or tact and we were treated as though she was doing us a favor by charging us $20+ to check in a couple hours early. They charge $9 for (3) K cups of coffee, REALLY! On top of charging for the coffee that is supposed to be in your mini bar, I had to call down for the first two nights of our stay to request the coffee that was never in the mini bar. I have stayed at numerous hotels in LV over the past 15 years and will NEVER stay at this one again. Touted as the best breakfast in town, "Hash House A GO GO" served the coldest breakfast in town as well. The only, and I mean only thing that was good about this place was the "VOODOO Steak House". Jeff provided great service and the food and views were exceptional. Thanks Jeff for providing at least one good experience while I was here. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere that treats you like a welcomed guest and not a burden to the staff!
