  • This place is accurately rated at 4.5 stars. Gave these guys a try when my family and I were staying at the Trump. It was close by and we wanted something to take out after spending 5 hours in the car driving from LA. I have to say that I'm pretty finicky about BBQ because my wife is from Texas and I have sampled most of the best of the best there. Rollin Smoke does well to hold it's own. We ordered a pit special so we could try a little bit of everything. All the meats were fantastic, although I preferred my brisket sliced as opposed to chopped. The sides were pretty good and I did enjoy a drizzle of the spicy bbq sauce with each bite of meat. Best of all, I thought that there prices were pretty reasonable for what you got. I think we spent about $40 for three people and we had leftovers. I would definitely eat here again on another trip.
