| - My first review of Core was a 5-Star rating, but, over the past several months, since January 2016, my opinion has changed. In the Summer of 2015, PA Brad Tenney, was so delightful & helpful, and willing to give me injections for my carpal tunnel pain in both hands. He also informed me that due to my complicated medical history that I would not be an ideal candidate for corrective surgery. 90-days later, after the cortisone had run its course, I back getting more injections, but told, that Dr. Adamany had reconsidered my surgery & that it could be done w/a scope to minimize the bleeding. Once again after 90-days, the injections wore off & I was in the worse pain ever, unable to sleep, taking Morphine which is all that would work, but, I was doped up. It's now January & returned to ask for a 3rd round of injections to get me through a few more months because I was unable to have the surgery until the warmer months arrived & would have somebody available to help drive me & help me with my initial recovery. But, Brad flatly and adamantly refused. I tried everything to keep from taking Morphine but nothing worked. I hadn't slept for 3 months when I went back again to beg for injections, & once again he refused. a week later, In saw Dr. Adamany who now had changed his mind again & would not perform the surgery via a scope using a local, nerve block, & light gas. He insisted that he would have to use a general anesthesia which has already killed me 5 times even when having simple biopsies. A general is too dangerous and being on Xeralto, having a long large incision is also not an option.
