  • Buying a car is a big and stressful purchase. I found myself getting a headache from thinking about the process of purchasing my first car. Having already gone to a dealership and not being able to come to a reasonable agreement, I found Surprise Ford on cars.com. I called ahead to make sure I wasn't going to waste my time or theirs by driving all the way out there. The distance was well worth it! I dealt with John Cunnius from the get go. It was a great experience for me and John was very informative and helpful. He showed me all my options and did not make me feel pressured into any haste decisions. I felt like I had a great rapport with him, and was in and out of there in no time. I am very happy with my purchase and glad I made the trip out to Surprise Ford for my new car. I would definitely recommend friends and family make the trip out here!
