  • I stood over the weekend here and received the worst customer service. They took my bank card at check in. When I thought this was standard procedure WHICH IT IS NOT!!! when I went to check out the next day I was informed that the lady was not supposed to take my card. They "lost" my card and I never received it. The guy I spoke with was accusing me of lying and was very rude to me. Deidra was the lady that took my card and aaron was the guy from the next day. If you stay here make sure you DO NOT let them keep your card it will be "lost" by the next day! I recommend the JW Marriot never had an issue there.
